All Sales Are Final

ALTŌRVM operates on a strict final-sale model. All purchases are final and non-refundable. There are no returns or exchanges for fit, condition, buyer remorse, or any other reason.

Before You Buy

Review all listing details carefully before purchasing:

  • Photos — All images show the actual item you will receive
  • Measurements — Size, insole, inseam, and sleeve measurements are provided where applicable
  • Condition — Condition grade and notes describe the item's current state
  • Authenticity — Sellers assert authenticity; ALTŌRVM does not provide third-party authentication

Disputes

Disputes are accepted for the following reasons only:

  • Non-delivery — Item did not arrive. Tracking shows undelivered or you never received the package.
  • Counterfeit — Item is not authentic. You have photo evidence of inauthenticity.

Not Eligible for Dispute

The following are NOT eligible for dispute or refund:

  • Fit or sizing issues
  • Condition disagreements
  • Measurement differences
  • Damage during shipping
  • Buyer remorse

Dispute Timeline

All disputes must be filed within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. Disputes filed after this window will not be considered.

Dispute Resolution

Our team reviews all disputes and issues a decision. This process typically takes 2–5 business days. If a dispute is upheld, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. If a dispute is denied, the sale stands and the seller receives their payout.
