Terms of Service

1. About ALTŌRVM

ALTŌRVM is a curated resale marketplace for tall and rare-size luxury footwear and apparel. We connect buyers seeking rare sizes with vetted sellers offering authenticated luxury goods. All transactions are subject to our strict final-sale policy.

2. Size Eligibility

All items listed on ALTŌRVM must meet minimum size requirements:

• Men's footwear: US 14 or larger
• Women's footwear: US 12 or larger
• Men's apparel: 34"+ inseam or 36"+ sleeve
• Women's apparel: 34"+ inseam or 33"+ sleeve

3. Buyer Terms

By purchasing on ALTŌRVM, you agree to:

• Review all listing details, photos, and measurements before purchasing
• Accept that all sales are final with no returns or exchanges
• File disputes only for non-delivery or counterfeit within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide accurate shipping information
• Not engage in fraudulent chargebacks or disputes

4. Seller Terms

By selling on ALTŌRVM, you agree to:

• List only authentic items you own and can ship
• Provide accurate descriptions, measurements, and condition details
• Use actual photos of the item (no stock images)
• Ship within 3 business days of order confirmation
• Use signature confirmation for orders $500 or more
• Accept the platform commission of 15%
• Accept the 72-hour payout hold after delivery confirmation

5. Authentication

ALTŌRVM relies on seller-asserted authenticity. We do not provide third-party authentication services. Sellers warrant that all items are genuine. Buyers who receive counterfeit items may file a dispute within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

6. Pricing

All prices are fixed. ALTŌRVM does not support offers, negotiations, or auctions. Prices are set by sellers and include no additional fees for buyers. Sellers receive 85% of the sale price after the 15% platform commission.

7. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Buyer funds are held until delivery is confirmed. Seller payouts are released 72 hours after delivery confirmation, provided no dispute is filed. Payouts are processed weekly on Fridays.

8. Disputes

Disputes are limited to non-delivery and counterfeit claims filed within 48 hours of delivery. See our Final Sale Policy for complete details. Fraudulent disputes may result in account termination.

9. Account Termination

ALTŌRVM reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, counterfeit listings, or any conduct that harms the marketplace integrity.

10. Limitation of Liability

ALTŌRVM facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers but does not guarantee item authenticity, condition, or delivery. Our liability is limited to the dispute resolution process outlined in our policies.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of ALTŌRVM after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
