ALTŌRVM brings private-closet resale and retailer discovery together. This public interface covers the published Brands & Retailers catalog. It provides the same product facts shown to shoppers, with exact size labels and the age of each stock observation.
Search the catalog
Read-only JSON, no account required. GET /api/retail/v1/products. Parameters are optional unless stated. Unknown, repeated or invalid parameters return HTTP 400.
- q / id
- Search brand, title or color; or select one exact product ID.
- retailer
- mytheresa, ssense, nordstrom, mrporter, gucci, louisvuitton
- department
- men, women or unisex. Men's/women's queries also include unisex records.
- category
- tops, bottoms, outerwear or footwear
- size_system + size
- INT, US, EU, IT, UK or Brand plus the exact label. Both are required for a size query.
- in_stock
- true returns only matching variants with a stock observation less than 24 hours old; false includes all states.
- limit / offset
- Default 20 / 0. Limit 1–100; offset 0–5000. Follow next_offset until null.
Example: menswear tops labelled INT XXXL. This is a label search, with availability reported separately.
Read the evidence
Availability can be in_stock, out_of_stock, stale or unknown. checked_at is the source observation time; generated_at is only the response time. Only dated direct observations or retailer feeds support stock claims. Indexed pages have unconfirmed availability. Listed prices always need confirmation.
Sizes match within their declared system, ignoring case and surrounding whitespace. We do not convert systems, equate 4XL with XXXXL, infer body measurements or guarantee fit. Empty results describe this limited catalog only.
Follow the purchase destination
Each record identifies the retailer and its product URL. Select the exact variant and confirm availability, total cost, delivery and returns at that retailer before requesting the shopper's purchase approval. This API cannot reserve items or accept payments. Current outbound links are direct and unmonetized.
Private-closet listings use a separate checkout and resale policy. They are not included in this API. No Meta, Shopify or other agent-channel integration is currently connected. Publishing this interface does not guarantee discovery or referral credit.
This interface exposes limited public discovery facts. It does not grant rights to redistribute a retailer's private feed or images. Merchant feed permissions must be reviewed before adding licensed data here.
When the catalog has no match
The brand and retailer directory lists additional sourcing destinations. A directory entry is not a product record, connected feed or stock claim. Customers can request an unlisted brand too.
Each product's concierge.request_url opens the signed-in sourcing form with the item and any queried size. Customers may request acquisition and forwarding, but submitting the form authorizes no purchase or charge. A person reviews the request, confirms options and obtains separate quote/payment approval. This is a human-reviewed intake flow, with no public request-submission or fulfillment API.
